The lobby's Christmas decor added a festive touch, and the hot chocolate bar was a cozy surprise. However, on my arrival, I struggled to get soap for the sink, which was frustrating. The TV malfunctioned, and getting it fixed took too long, worsening the stress after a long drive. Housekeeping was inconsistent too. despite my calls, I never received towels, and I had to go down to the front desk for them. This hotel has potential with its appealing design, but housekeeping needs serious attention. Good customer service from the clerk made my issues easier to handle, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting.

Just a decent option for a weekend stopover in Roanoke with exceptional value. The desk staff was friendly and made check-in quick and easy despite the late hour. If you arrive late, just be prepared for minimal food options nearby.

Unfortunately, the room cleanliness raised serious concerns. the bedding had visible stains that indicated a lack of proper washing, leading to a very uncomfortable night where I had to sleep on top of the comforter. I also noticed the water quality in the shower was unsatisfactory, detracting from my overall experience. On a positive note, the freshly baked European bread at breakfast was a highlight, adding a delightful touch to the morning.

Rooms were clean and modern. The bar ran out of advertised happy hour drinks when we visited. Nice location near golf course. Staff were friendly, especially at check-in.
